Location: Onsite - Bangalore Experience Range: 7+ Industry Relevant: B2B SaaS & Tech / Software Development / Logistics Reporting to: VP – Brand & Communications Offered CTC - Upto 35 LPA Role Overview We are looking for a senior Brand & Communications Manager with a strong marketing core—someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This role will be central to building brands presence, thought leadership, and market credibility across B2B stakeholders, while borrowing best practices from consumer storytelling. You will own brand narratives end-to-end, working independently while closely collaborating with PR partners, creative agencies, and internal teams to drive awareness, consideration, and reputation across channels. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the brand and communications strategy, translating business goals into clear narratives and campaigns Build thought leadership through a mix of paid, unpaid PR, content, and executive visibility Drive brand awareness and consideration via content, social media, PR, partnerships, and industry events Lead content and storytelling across formats—social media, blogs, POVs, whitepapers, campaigns, and presentations Manage and collaborate with external agencies and partners (PR, creative, digital) to ensure quality and consistency Ensure messaging clarity and consistency across B2B audiences, while applying relevant B2C storytelling principles Act as a strong communication partner to leadership, helping shape narratives for media, events, and stakeholders Maintain a sharp eye for detail across all brand outputs, ensuring high-quality execution Track performance, brand health, and campaign impact; use insights to continuously improve execution Experience & Background Requirements 7–8 years of experience in brand, communications, or integrated marketing roles Strong B2B background is essential, with some exposure to B2C or consumer-style storytelling Proven expertise in content, social media, PR, and brand storytelling Strong communication background—written, verbal, and stakeholder-facing Comfortable working independently, while managing agencies and cross-functional partners Self-starter mindset with high ownership and execution discipline About WinnerBrands At WinnerBrands, we are on a mission to create a community of the brightest marketing minds to deliver impactful, rewarding, and purposeful work by collaborating, contributing & co-learning with smart peers.
