Descrição do emprego Are you passionate about building brands and driving impactful communication and ready to elevate Rituals in Portugal?As Brand Communication Specialist, you will develop and execute marketing and communication campaigns that maximize brand awareness and sales in Portugal, ensuring local relevance while staying aligned with our global strategy. You will work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and strategic partners to deliver impactful communication across all channels. Develop and execute 360° marketing and communication campaigns tailored to the Portuguese market. Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and partners to maximize brand awareness and drive store traffic. Manage PR, influencer strategies, partnerships, and offline media, ensuring Rituals’ voice and values shine through every touchpoint. Work closely with Digital Marketing to amplify our presence across social channels. Habilitações Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields. 4-7 years’ experience in Marketing Communication (Media & PR), ideally in Cosmetics, Lifestyle, FMCG, Retail, or agency. Native Portuguese, fluent English, Spanish is a plus. Proactive, hands-on, inspiring communicator with strong organizational skills and a passion for teamwork.
