ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

Launchmetrics, the leading Brand Performance Cloud in the Fashion, Luxury and Beauty (FLB) industry, known for its comprehensive and insightful data reports, is hiring a Brand & Communications Intern to join their global Brand & Communications team. Thanks to Launchmetrics’ proprietary Media Impact Value algorithm and Voice-centric approach, industry sources are able to better understand the current business landscape and extract prescriptive insights that help professionals make data-led decisions to reach today’s modern consumer.
The Brand & Communications Intern will have the mission to propose, respond to and deliver data briefs on a wide range of questions and pop-culture, related to FLB topics. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated, curious and resourceful individual who is passionate about the industry looking to start a career within data/analytics. Combining their industry knowledge with an interest in data and media intelligence, the Brand & Communications Intern will be a trusted partner of our Brand & Communications team and provide data-driven insights for top tier media.
This role would suit a student looking for work alongside their studies as part of their degree (internship credit).
Start date: ASAP for 6 months.

What you’ll do:

  • Understand industry events, marketing and communication strategies to precisely scope inbound requests
  • Build detailed and tailor-made analysis plans for each inquiry
  • Present complex data and analytical findings to non-technical audiences
  • Identify trends and patterns in datasets
  • Craft insightful and attractive reports for the press with the goal to answer real business questions
  • Contribute to building loyalty with key outlets
  • Actively identify and research potential “hot topics” to pitch to the press
  • Define and build marketing content that will highlight Launchmetrics data expertise, foster awareness and strengthen industry leadership
  • Develop a relationship of trust with multiple stakeholders and titles
  • Support the B&C team on varied projects: content, reports, events, etc.
  • Be an evangelist of Launchmetrics unique measurement methodology
