Job Description

As a Brand Consultant, you will:

  • Review and optimise product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of content.
  • Develop and execute promotion and marketing strategies, including campaign participation and deal planning.
  • Analyse performance metrics and traffic channels to identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimise detail pages for search and browsing by updating keywords, refining attributes, and improving navigation.
  • Provide recommendations based on industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor analysis.
  • Deliver monthly data reporting and digital insights to vendors.
  • Collaborate with team members to create joint business plans aligned with vendors and company priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate degree in a business-related discipline
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in Category Management, Vendor Management, or Marketing; e-Commerce experience is an advantage
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to handle multiple topics simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to solutions
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand market requirements
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Product and industry knowledge in the pet, retail, or FMCG industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
