POSITION OVERVIEW The Brand Specialist is responsible for guiding guests through the vehicle purchase process with clarity, confidence, and hospitality. This is not a pressure-based sales role. It’s a consultative, relationship-driven position where preparation, follow-up, and integrity win long term. You’ll work with a strong leadership team, structured processes, and steady traffic in a market that values trust. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and assist guests in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and lifestyle Present features, benefits, and financing options clearly and professionally Maintain strong CRM discipline and consistent follow-up Meet and exceed monthly sales and gross objectives Deliver a seamless handoff to F&I and service teams Maintain deep knowledge of Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac product lines PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS Consistent monthly unit production 90%+ CRM follow-up compliance Strong CSI and guest satisfaction scores Professional appearance and on-time performance WHAT IT TAKES Prior automotive sales experience preferred but not required Hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience highly valued Valid driver’s license with clean record Competitive but coachable Strong communicator and listener Organized and disciplined with follow-up Comfortable working weekends Motivated by performance-based compensation COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive base + commission structure Performance bonuses Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and career development Advancement opportunities within a 40+ rooftop organization WHY THIS IS A STRONG MOVE This is Anchorage.
