Role overview and Key responsibilities: This role goes beyond writing. You will be responsible for shaping how PadCare Labs communicates across platforms, audiences, and formats. From founder storytelling to campaign strategy and events, you will own content end-to-end and help ensure it drives meaningful brand outcomes. You will work closely with the Brand Lead and the leadership team, which means you will need to be a strong executor with a baseline for strategic thinking. 1. Content Creation and Copywriting - Write high-quality content across formats: website pages, landing pages, blogs, emailers, and social media (LinkedIn and Instagram) - Develop compelling founder-led narratives and leadership profiling - Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all channels 2. Content Strategy and Planning - Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business goals - Build end-to-end content strategies for campaigns, launches, and initiatives - Translate complex sustainability topics into clear, engaging content 3. Digital and Performance Content - Write and optimise SEO-driven blogs and website content - Run A/B tests to improve content performance across channels - Track and refine content based on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics 4. Brand and Communication Oversight - Proofread and refine all internal and external communications - Oversee online reputation management (ORM) across platforms - Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and positioning 5. Events: Internal and External - Identify relevant external events, conferences, and summits where PadCare Labs should have a presence - Coordinate brand presence, collateral, and communication for external events - Support planning and execution of internal events such as townhalls from a brand and communications standpoint - Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure events are briefed, prepped, and executed on-brand 6. Collaboration and Execution - Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and internal teams - Work closely with the Brand Lead, sales, and leadership to align content with business objectives 7. Workflow and Innovation - Leverage AI tools to improve content efficiency and quality - Continuously identify ways to streamline workflows and enhance output Requirements What we're looking for: 2 to 4 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, and strategy Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across formats and audiences Experience in B2B content is a strong plus Understanding of SEO, content performance metrics, and digital platforms Ability to think strategically and not just execute Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimisation Comfort working in a lean, fast-moving team where you own your work end-to-end Culture Fit: Must align with PadCare’s values – Integrity, Entrepreneurship, Collaboration, Customer-First, Innovation.
