We value collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement, and we're looking for people who share those values.   Job Details: Job Title: Brand Coordinator Job Category: Brand Management Department/Group: Domestic Travel Required: 10% Location: Lisle, IL Position Type: Full-Time, Salary Hiring Manager: Jeff Niedholdt Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000   Primary Responsibilities: The Brand Coordinator will assist the Brand Management team with executing promotional campaigns, maintaining brand materials, coordinating trade shows, and implementing departmental strategies. Responsibilities include managing and submitting in-store offers, coordinating selling event materials, creating presentations and other sales materials, and providing administrative support to ensure the seamless execution of brand initiatives. This role supports sales, promotions, and operations, collaborates closely with supplier partners and helps drive brand partner growth. Additional responsibilities include periodic attendance at industry trade shows.   Essential Functions: * Assist in developing and maintaining brand collateral, including product brochures, promotional flyers, sell sheets, and presentations for suppliers, retailers, distributors, and industry events. * Maintain and update a centralized library of brand assets for internal teams and partners. * Serve as a liaison between Brand Management, Promotions, Sales, Operations, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure projects, brand materials, and promotional initiatives are completed accurately and on time. * Participate in distributor sales meetings, industry food shows, and related events to support partner brands. * Assist in the development and execution of promotional plans, ensuring alignment with brand strategies. * Coordinate in-store offers, product launches, and special events with vendors, retailers, and internal teams. * Manage promotional materials and related documentation, including ordering, tracking, distribution, promotional guidelines, and supporting materials. * Provide administrative support to the Domestic department by maintaining promotional calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing files, and tracking project timelines. * Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows and selling events, including coordinating with vendors, retailers, and internal teams, preparing promotional materials, product displays, and providing on-site event support. * Maintain retailer portals and complete retailer-specific submissions required for promotions, new item launches, and ongoing product maintenance. * Support new products and supplier onboarding by collecting necessary documentation and ensuring accurate product data is maintained in internal systems. * Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to collect, maintain, and update product images, descriptions, and digital content across internal systems and customer platforms. * Analyze distributor, retailer, and industry data to identify insights that support business growth (e.g., Gap Analysis, Promotional Lifts, Ad Hoc reporting.     Qualifications / Additional Skills /Aptitude: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. * Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, customer service, or a related administrative or sales support role, preferably within the CPG industry. * Strong organizational, multitasking, priority-setting, and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage changing priorities, multiple projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and opportunities. * Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including experience with PivotTables. * Comfortable using Canva or similar design platforms to create presentations, sales materials, and other brand materials. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams. * Comfortable learning new retailer systems, supplier platforms, and technology to support multiple brands and initiatives.
