Brand & Customer Assistant

100% office based

£25,000 per annum DOE

Full Time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brand & Customer Assistant to join a growing, business with a portfolio of well-established consumer brands sold across the UK and internationally. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in marketing while gaining hands-on experience across brand management, customer service, content creation and e-commerce.

This position would suit a recent graduate or A-Level student, who is looking for the opportunity to carve a career in product and brand marketing.

The role of Brand & Customer Assistant:

• Support the day-to-day delivery of marketing and brand activities
• Assist with product launches, content creation and social media activity
• Manage marketing administration including product forms, sample requests and general enquiries
• Upload and maintain product content across company and retailer websites
• Work closely with Product, Sales and Supply teams to ensure product information is accurate and consistent
• Support UK and international sales teams with marketing content and assets
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, social media and online platforms
• Assist with trade shows, events, marketing collateral and asset management
