Join the team shaping the voice of fashion-forward occasionwear, high-end eCommerce, and industry-leading fulfilment services. We’re looking for a talented and strategic Brand Copywriter to support the storytelling, tone, and communication strategies across our growing brand portfolio: Club L London, Lavish Alice, and Beyond Fulfilment.
This is a high-impact role for a copy and comms expert who can pivot between B2C fashion messaging and professional B2B narratives—bringing each brand to life with clarity, creativity, and consistency.

THE ROLE: YOUR PURPOSE

As our Brand Copywriter, you’ll be the creative and strategic mind behind all internal and external written communications. You’ll develop and implement brand-wide tone of voice strategies, creating copy that informs, inspires, and converts—whether it’s customer-facing CRM campaigns, internal HR documents, global eComm content, or B2B marketing toolkits.
You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure copy is impactful, engaging, and always aligned with each brand’s purpose and personality. This is a hybrid role requiring adaptability, precision, and the ability to switch between formats and audiences with ease.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the tone of voice for each brand across all communication touchpoints—ensuring clarity, consistency, and resonance in every message.
  • Write and optimise copy for a wide variety of platforms and formats, including:
    o CRM (emails, flows, promotions)
    o Social media (channel-specific strategy and messaging)
    o Website content (landing pages, banners, categories)
    o Campaign copy
    o Develop and execute Blog concepts and copy in line with campaign launches, seasonal trends and searches
    o Press releases, PR kits, brand books, lookbooks
    o Business communications (HR documents, investor packs, partnership documents and pitches, internal comms)
    o B2B toolkits and client-facing material for Beyond Fulfilment
