Description
We’re looking for a Brand Creative Director, Designer who’s equal parts visionary and executor. This is a high-impact, high-velocity role for a multidisciplinary creative designer who can introduce top-notch design concepts, execute world-class creative, and continue with creative production of branded assets across digital, print, product, and beyond. You’ll be responsible for working with the Brand PR & Marketing team, driving the design direction and execution of our internal and external brand presence - from digital documents to website refreshes, pitch decks to product mockups, style guides to social content. This is a dual-capacity role: part creative direction, part creative production, AI-accelerated. What You’ll Do: Creative Direction Help evolve brand visual identity across all brand touchpoints. Develop brand style guides and digital templates, across all channels, ensuring consistency across internal teams and external partners. Set the visual tone for all design efforts — from high-level brand concepts to tactical asset creation. Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and strategy teams to shape the creative narrative of the agency. Oversee design quality across all channels, including digital, print, and experiential. Creative Production Design and build brand assets, marketing collateral, and digital campaigns — including: Websites and landing pages Social graphics and animations Presentation decks and investor materials Internal documents and templates Merchandise, packaging, and product mockups Video for social, presentations, display and more Bring ideas to life across Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other creative tools. Maintain and update our digital brand library and design systems. Contribute to fast-turn creative needs — from rapid campaigns to custom decks. What You Bring: 2-4 years of of design experience, ideally in an agency or startup environment. Deep experience in visual identity, brand systems, and digital-first design. Expert-level skills in Figma, Adobe CC, Canva, and AI digital design tools. Strong portfolio of multi-channel work — including websites, decks, digital docs, and product design. Ability to move fast and maintain quality under tight deadlines. Comfort toggling between hands-on production and high-level creative strategy.
