JOB SUMMARY:
The Brand Design Assistant is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a company’s brand strategy and online presence to ensure consistency and alignment with the organization’s goals and values. This role involves collaborating with various teams to execute marketing initiatives and monitor brand performance. Ensures the brand is effectively communicated to the target audience, ultimately contributing to the organization’s success in the marketplace. The position combines strong graphic design expertise with marketing support activities to create cohesive brand experiences across all channels. Works with the Marketing and Social Impact Director and Marketing and Communications Specialist to maintain a high standard of YWCA’s community reputation.
