Job Description Delivering high-quality visual work that showcases industry-leading understanding, craft, and delivery Inspiring senior stakeholders and building their confidence in the team's capabilities Maintaining a strong creative curiosity and staying engaged with the latest art, design, and cultural trends Protecting and advocating for design quality and the design process Elevate visual brand execution by seeking opportunities to enhance the brand's visual identity across all communication platforms Lead the company-wide conversation about elevating the brand visually and serve as a key voice in promoting and celebrating the design process Develop and refine brand guidelines, identifying and filling gaps as needed Lead and develop a diverse design team, motivating and guiding team members to establish and maintain high design standards Drive large-scale creative projects, taking ownership from concept to completion and ensuring successful delivery Contribute to the in-house agency's strategic plan, leveraging design expertise and experience to foster an environment where talented people thrive Qualifications Demonstrated design leadership, with experience leading teams of designers on large-scale projects for notable brands. Extensive design expertise across all mediums, from branding to UI, art direction to artwork oversight. Experience in through-the-line channel execution; capable of delivering projects across multiple media. Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, image composition, hierarchy, and visual communication principles. High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with a solid understanding of motion, digital design, and photography.
