POSITION OVERVIEW

In this full-time role, you will drive the visual identity and creative strategy for a dynamic brand, ensuring consistent and impactful storytelling across all platforms. You’ll lead design initiatives that shape how audiences experience and interact with our brand, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable design solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or art direction within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Expertise in design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Demonstrated experience developing scalable design systems for multi-platform use.
Responsibilities
  • Create visually compelling assets for digital, print, video, and interactive media formats, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to execute cohesive campaigns and initiatives.
  • Develop scalable templates and resources that empower teams to maintain brand standards across multiple channels.
  • Leverage advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), and generative AI tools to deliver innovative design solutions.
  • Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity, learning, and growth within the team.
