Eleven Eleven is a women’s apparel and lifestyle brand based in Nashville, Tennessee. We are seeking a Brand Designer to lead the execution of all visual assets across marketing and product. This role is centered on designing and producing brand visuals, from email and SMS campaigns to website graphics and apparel prints. You will be responsible for maintaining a consistent visual identity across every touchpoint while creating assets that are clear, elevated, and aligned with the brand. About the Role You will own the creation of all core brand assets, working across digital marketing, e-commerce, and product. This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong taste, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality work consistently. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to ensure all visual outputs are aligned and cohesive. Must be based in Nashville, TN or willing to relocate. ResponsibilitiesBrand & Marketing Design Design and execute email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo or similar platforms) Create SMS graphics, promotional assets, and campaign visuals Develop website graphics including banners, landing pages, and product storytelling elements Ensure all assets are visually consistent with the Eleven Eleven brand Product Graphics & Creative Assets Design graphics for apparel including prints, placements, and supporting artwork Prepare production-ready files for product graphics and collaborate with Product Development as needed Contribute to seasonal creative direction through graphics and visual concepts Asset Ownership & Execution Own all day-to-day graphic design needs across the business Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all outputs Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Deliver clean, organized, and production-ready files Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing on campaign launches, promotions, and content needs Partner with Product Development on apparel graphics and design alignment Support broader brand initiatives with strong, consistent visual execution Qualifications 2–5+ years of experience in graphic design or brand design Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, marketing, and/or product-related design work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required) Experience designing for email, web, and marketing assets Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy Additional Attributes Strong sense of taste aligned with the Eleven Eleven brand Highly detail-oriented with a focus on clean, elevated execution Ability to take direction and translate it into strong visual outputs Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once High ownership over quality and consistency of work Portfolio Requirement Portfolio required (must include examples of marketing assets, digital design, and/or product graphics) What This Role Requires Consistent, high-quality design execution across all brand touchpoints Strong alignment with brand aesthetic and visual direction Ability to balance speed with attention to detail Ownership over how the brand is represented visually Unlimited PTO Summer Fridays Mental Health & Sick Days Employee Discounts (40% off full-price items)
