Job Details Job Location: 6529 N CLASSEN BLVD - OKLAHOMA CITY, OK 73116 ROLE OVERVIEW Design-led, cross-disciplinary role supporting brand and campaign execution across Flowco’s portfolio. We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented Brand Designer I to join our growing Creative team at Flogistix by Flowco. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong design foundation who is ready to contribute across a wide range of creative initiatives while continuing to develop their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Our Creative department is just over two years old and continues to evolve alongside the company. We support all brands that live under the Flowco Inc. banner, and operate as an internal creative agency delivering high-quality work across brand design, campaigns, video, social, web, print, internal communications, and more. The Brand Designer I will work closely with the Creative Manager (department head) and other brand designers to execute creative work, maintain brand quality, and support ongoing campaigns and initiatives. This role is execution-focused with opportunities to contribute creatively, learn industry standards, and grow toward higher levels of responsibility over time. PRINCIPAL DUTIES Creative Execution & Content Development Create visual content for internal and external marketing initiatives. Support brand design efforts across digital, print, and multimedia touchpoints. Design assets for social media, presentations, newsletters, sales materials, and internal communications. Assist in video production including shooting, editing, and basic post-production. Support photography shoots and photo editing as needed. Campaign & Brand Collaboration Participate in campaign ideation, creative workshops, and execution across advertising, commercial development, events, merchandise, and print. Collaborate with team members to translate creative concepts into polished deliverables. Learn and apply brand standards consistently across all creative outputs. Support quality assurance across all creative and brand touchpoints. Creative Operations & Organization Assist with creative organization, file management, and version control. Help maintain templates, systems, and workflows to support creative efficiency. Utilize project management tools to track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables. Support tool development and documentation as the department continues to mature. Learning & Industry Growth Learn the visual norms and creative variables of the energy industry. Collaborate with the team to identify creative opportunities that help Flowco stand out. Receive and apply constructive feedback with a growth mindset. Contribute ideas, observations, and thoughtful feedback to creative discussions. Other duties as assigned. As skills develop, this role may expand to include increased ownership of projects, creative leadership opportunities, and deeper involvement in creative strategy. Qualifications REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 1–3 years of professional or equivalent hands-on design experience. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality creative work. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities. Comfortable receiving direction and constructive feedback. Proactive, self-organized, and collaborative working style. Strong visual design fundamentals including layout, typography, and composition.
