Following the merger of Avrios and Vimcar, and the recent acquisitions of Optimum Automotive and Océan in France, Shiftmove is building Europe’s leading fleet management platform. We operate at the premium end of the market, and our brand must reflect that. We are not selling a single product. We are building a mobility ecosystem. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Brand Designer based in Paris to strengthen and execute our global brand across all touchpoints. Your mission: Ensure every interaction with Shiftmove feels premium, cohesive, and ecosystem-driven. What You Will Do Develop and execute high-quality brand assets across digital and physical touchpoints (website, campaigns, social, performance marketing, events, print). Create motion graphics and animations that bring our brand story to life. Support major initiatives such as conferences and large-scale marketing activations. Translate business objectives into clear visual concepts that solve real problems. Ensure strict brand consistency across all outputs. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Design stakeholders. Manage ad-hoc requests while planning and preparing for long-term initiatives. Coordinate with external partners, including printers and production vendors. Contribute to the continuous evolution of our brand system. Why This Role Is Critical Without this role: Essential digital and print assets will not be delivered at the required quality. Event materials and conference presence will lack impact and consistency. Stakeholders may create assets independently - increasing the risk of off-brand output. Brand coherence across touchpoints will weaken. Marketing efficiency and growth potential will suffer. This role safeguards and strengthens our premium positioning. What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months) Deliver high-quality design outputs independently. Build strong, trusted relationships with Marketing and Sales stakeholders. Align stakeholders on priorities and realistic timelines. Contribute meaningfully to the evolution of the brand through expertise, not opinion. Maintain strict brand consistency without unnecessary deviation. Elevate the quality of motion design across channels. Operate confidently without constant guidance from senior designers. What We Are Looking For Native French speaker with fluent English. At least 3+ years of experience in Brand Design. Strong portfolio showcasing identity systems, campaigns, and motion work. Advanced proficiency in Figma and standard design tools. Strong motion design and animation skills. Excellent eye for typography, hierarchy, and detail. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively. Structured, autonomous working style. Curious mindset Comfortable handling ad-hoc requests without losing strategic focus. Ability to clearly articulate and present design decisions with a compelling narrative. Team & Setup You will work closely with: Director of Design (Berlin) Brand Design Lead (Berlin) Marketing and Sales teams (France and Germany) Local stakeholders in Paris and Aix-en-Provence Two working students in Paris (mentorship support) We collaborate cross-functionally and across locations.
