As a Brand Designer, you will craft engaging, on-brand assets that resonate with customers and elevate the brand experience. Working closely with creative, marketing, and product teams, you will design high-quality content for emails, websites, social media, and display campaigns. Accountabilities: Design and deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect creative for marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and digital platforms. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to contribute to campaign ideation, product launches, and creative brainstorming sessions. Partner with copywriters to ensure seamless integration of messaging and visual design. Maintain and apply the brand’s visual identity consistently across all touchpoints. Create, resize, and optimize digital ads for multiple platforms and formats. Troubleshoot and adapt design elements for execution across different media. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. Introduce new design techniques, trends, and technologies to keep the brand visually fresh. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in graphic or brand design. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work across digital and marketing channels. Technical proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Experience with photo retouching, GIF creation, and basic animation. Ability to tell stories visually, conveying brand personality and narrative through design. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
