Position Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Designer- Senior Officer with a strong focus on branding, visual identity, and modern multi-format design execution. This role will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets and maintaining a consistent, modern, and impactful brand presence across all touchpoints. The designer will play a key role in producing both static and dynamic design outputs, ensuring engaging and cohesive visual storytelling across digital, print, and motion-driven platforms. Key Responsibilities 1. Branding & Visual Identity • Support the development and maintenance of PalmPay’s brand identity across all touchpoints • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines in all visual outputs • Create and refine visual elements including typography, color systems, and layout styles • Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of the overall brand aesthetic 2. Visual Design & Asset Creation • Design high-quality static and dynamic design assets, ensuring versatility across digital and print platforms • Produce creatives such as banners, posters, social media visuals, and branded marketing materials • Develop motion-based and interactive visual content to enhance digital engagement where required • Ensure all designs are visually compelling, polished, and aligned with brand standards • Maintain strong attention to detail and uphold design excellence across all outputs 3. Digital Design • Create engaging visuals for digital platforms and online channels • Ensure designs are optimized for different screen sizes, formats, and user experiences • Adapt and evolve visual assets while maintaining strict brand consistency • Stay updated with current design trends, motion design approaches, and digital best practices 4. Design Systems & Asset Management • Maintain organized design files, templates, and asset libraries • Develop and manage reusable design components and scalable design systems • Ensure proper version control and accessibility of design resources • Support improvements in design workflow, efficiency, and collaboration 5. Quality & Brand Consistency • Review and refine all designs to ensure accuracy and high quality • Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints • Ensure strict alignment with brand guidelines in every deliverable • Contribute to internal design reviews and uphold global design standards Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Branding, Graphics Designing or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design and branding • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, visual identity, and high-quality design work • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition • High attention to detail and strong creative thinking skills • Ability to deliver high-quality designs in a fast-paced, global environment Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary • Festival bonuses • Mobile & internet allowance • Career growth opportunities in a fast-scaling international fintech
