Job Description Manage and maintain daily relationships with Brand and store-level contacts in the electronics and furniture categories. Support the acquisition and onboarding of new brands/principals, merchants, ensuring smooth integration into Indodana’s system. Assist in the design and implementation of National and Local Promotion Programs in collaboration with brand and retail partners. Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Risk, Operations) to ensure accurate execution of retail campaigns and subsidy processes. Track sales performance and provide regular reports on category growth, promotion results, and retail partner contributions. Monitor subsidy utilization from retail programs and ensure all claims are reconciled according to timeline. Identify retail market trends, competitor promotions, and provide insights to managers for strategy adjustments. Ensure retail campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with business targets, and meet partner expectations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields; Master's degree is a plus Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management, preferably in finance, banking, electronics, furniture, fintech, or e-commerce industries Proven experience in managing merchant relationships, executing promotional programs, and conducting data-driven analysis Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market trends and consumer behavior in electronics & furniture products/retailers Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with strong project management and analytical skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in teams Fluent in English (oral and written); Mandarin is an advantage
