JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Brand Stewardship: Lead and champion the brand’s new promise, vision, position, and architecture across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Organizational Engagement: Inspire and engage the organization, ensuring clear communication and execution of brand vision, position, and strategies through functional expertise.
  • Sales Forecasting & Financial Planning: Analyze historical data on new product launches to develop sales forecasts and financial plans.
  • Consumer Insights & Experience: Analyze consumer data and insights to create stronger, more impactful brand experiences for consumers.
  • Pricing Strategy Support: Analyze market, consumer, and competitive data to assist HQ in setting competitive pricing for new products and managing pricing on existing products.
  • Trend Analysis & Channel Strategy: Conduct regular reviews of consumer trends to shape channel strategies and recommend annual goals.
  • Target Development: Develop and align channel targets, business objectives, and brand strategies with the global business plan, contributing to the annual brand operating plan reviews.
  • Budget Planning & Profit Targets: Plan and manage advertising and promotion budgets to ensure the achievement of profit targets.
  • Public Relations Leadership: Lead the development of Public Relations plans for major product launches, ensuring strong media coverage to drive brand awareness.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Management, Mass Communications is Preferred
  • Current knowledge of retail industry or similar capacity especially in FMCG or Beauty industry
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills, as well as excellent computer skills, including in Words, Excel, and Power Point
  • Good communication skills and presentation skills
  • Confident self-starter with a high level of drive, energy, integrity, and professionalism
  • Proactive, well discipline, positive, resourceful, creative, well organized with a keen eye for details and able to multi-task
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn attitude, committed, determined, diligent and trustworthy nature
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and meet deadlinesAble to work independently and be a dedicated team player in a fast paced and dynamic environment
