Our client is a fast-growing consumer products company in the personal care space with a portfolio of high-performing, culturally relevant brands distributed across North America. Known for their innovation, bold marketing, and entrepreneurial spirit, they are seeking a Brand Director to lead one of their top-performing clean beauty or wellness-oriented brands. This is a high-impact leadership role for a hands-on, strategic brand marketer who has owned the full brand lifecycle - from insight and concept development through launch execution, storytelling, and commercial performance.
The ideal candidate brings both the vision of a brand strategist and the drive of an operator and is deeply attuned to the clean beauty or wellness lifestyle. Experience working with clean, sustainable, or ingredient-conscious products, or a strong personal alignment with the values of clean living is essential. You’ll work cross-functionally across product development, sales, creative, and communications to bring new products and campaigns to life in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The Brand Director will be responsible for full ownership of the assigned brand—including brand strategy, brand innovation, product pipeline development, go-to-market planning & execution, and P&L performance.
