Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Rapha’s Brand Editor, you’ll be the guardian of our tone of voice and a key creative within the Brand Marketing team. You’ll shape stories that span brand campaigns, product launches, content, and more - bringing clarity, emotion and flair to everything we say. Whether scripting a film, writing product descriptions, or crafting campaign headlines, you’ll elevate every touchpoint and ensure consistency across channels.
You’ll also lead a global network of freelance writers, support internal teams with expert copy guidance, and contribute to the evolution of Rapha’s voice in a fast-moving, creatively ambitious environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and evolve Rapha’s tone of voice, ensuring distinctiveness and consistency across channels
  • Collaborate with the wider Brand (Creative and Marketing) and Product teams to develop campaign concepts and narratives
  • Commission, guide and edit work from freelance writers
  • Write copy for brand campaigns, editorial features, rapha.cc, social, email, film and paid media
  • Collaborate with the Product team to create inspiring and informative product copy, including on-garment storytelling elements.
  • Maintain an editorial lens on the cycling world, bringing cultural relevance to our content
  • Partner with Digital and Performance teams to optimise SEO visibility and ensure copy effectiveness across customer journeys.
  • Write internal and B2B copy including press releases and product storytelling
  • Ensure all written communication reflects the style, precision, and ethos of Rapha
