Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and professional Brand Educator in Toronto, ON area to build and nurture relationships with cannabis retail partners. This hybrid role combines in-person store visits and event participation with online communication and reporting. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and passionate about the cannabis space, with a strong grasp of the products they represent and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  •     Retail Relationship Management: Conduct regular in-store visits to assigned cannabis retailers to establish, strengthen, and maintain relationships.
  •     Event Engagement: Represent the brand at select industry events, fostering connections with key stakeholders and enhancing brand visibility.
  •     Retailer Support: Provide ongoing support to retail partners through follow-up visits, email correspondence, and phone communication.
  •     Brand Activations: Plan and execute retail activations such as pop-ups, product knowledge (PK) sessions, and facility tours to drive awareness and education.
  •     Reporting & Insights: Submit detailed reports following each store visit, including location data, product assortment, pricing, budtender feedback, sales performance, and retailer needs—complete with photos when applicable.
  •     Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand’s values, story, production methods, and full product lineup.

Requirements:

  •     Reliable Transportation: Must have access to a dependable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
  •     Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using a smartphone for reporting and communication; access to the internet and a laptop/computer is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  •     Experience in retail, customer service, or field sales.
  •     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour
