ENTRY LEVEL SALES ADVISOR

Our client, a leading sales company based in central Bournemouth, is continuously expanding and are looking for dedicated, ambitious and forward thinking individuals to represent their fun and lively sales team. They excel in field sales and marketing, driving brand growth and revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This subcontracted role rewards your effort directly through commission-based earnings and incentives, so the more you sell, the more you earn and the more likely you are to hit incentive thresholds to enhance your earning potential further.

REQUIREMENTS

  • COMMUNICATION:Strong face-to-face communication skills in English.
  • PERSONALITY:Friendly, approachable & confident.
  • ATTITUDE:Positive, target-driven & persistent.
  • TEAM SKILLS:Enjoy working within a team, meeting new people & building connections.
  • AVAILABILITY:Equivalent of full-time hours, five days a week, Monday - Saturday.
  • EXPERIENCE:Experience in customer-facing roles (like retail, hospitality, or customer service) is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
  • SALES:Engage in face-to-face sales in various environments in the Bournemouth area.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE:Deliver top-notch customer service to ensure satisfaction, retention & customer experience
  • MARKETING:Communicate product benefits clearly to increase brand awareness
  • TEAMWORK:Collaborate with colleagues to refine sales pitches & tailor your sales approach.
  • CLIENT KNOWLEDGE:Provide information, stats, case studies and/or examples plus be able answer questions that customers might have.
  • LISTEN:Take on advice from your mentor, to be able to grow your skills and understanding.
  • MEETINGS & EVENTS:Participate in daily office meetings & optional social gatherings to grow your network.
