Position Summary The Brand Engagement Director manages a significant client engagement and serves as a strategic leader responsible for driving client growth, elevating client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role champions innovative strategies, performance marketing integration, and cross-disciplinary excellence to deliver measurable client impact. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities 1 Strategic Advisory & Account Leadership · Leads day-to-day strategic planning and execution across multiple accounts. · Ensures strategic recommendations, deliverables, and thought leadership align with client goals. · Partners with clients to shape brand, marketing, and business strategies. · Elevates the quality of SOW deliverables. · Develops and manages action plans based on client and team satisfaction scores. · Develops and/or manages account plans and identifies organic growth opportunities 2. Client Growth & Relationship Development · Identifies opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts. · Strengthens multi-level client relationships. · Develops trusted, senior-level relationships with client stakeholders. · Manages strategic conversations and facilitates high-impact presentations. 3. Team Leadership & Development · Directly manages Senior Brand Engagement Managers and Brand Engagement Managers. · Sets quarterly Rocks and goals with team members. · Coaches team in strategic thinking, client leadership, and industry expertise. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration · Ensures integrated delivery across creative, strategy, media, digital, PR, social and project management teams. · Serves as the strategic lead for interdisciplinary workstreams. · Provides clarity and alignment across internal teams. 5. Performance Monitoring & Financial Management · Oversees AGI forecasting and account financial health. · Monitors performance metrics across client satisfaction, Lift scores, KPIs, and deliverable quality. · Ensures accounts are staffed appropriately and profitably. Prerequisites & Qualifications Experience · 8-12 years in account leadership, brand strategy, marketing, or consulting. · Strong experience leading teams and multi-disciplinary work. · Ability to synthesize insights into actionable strategic recommendations. · Strong communicator with excellent client leadership skills. · Track record in managing and leading performance marketing engagements · Experience with financial services and/or healthcare clients Capabilities & Leadership Qualities · Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. · Strong communication skills. · Excellence strategic storytelling and presentation skills · Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams. · Deep understanding of marketing, advertising, digital ecosystems, and brand strategy. · Ability to translate insights into actionable, revenue-driving recommendations.
