As a manager, you’ll help manage our presence at fairs, festivals, community events, and trade shows—while coaching your team, uplifting morale, and keeping energy high. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Marketing Representatives at events Model high-energy engagement by interacting with homeowners and supporting your team on-site Ensure booths are set up professionally, on-brand, and ready for high-traffic environments Support staffing schedules, event coordination, and daily shift operations Track team performance and provide real-time feedback to help reps hit lead goals Meet with previous customers in their homes to collect feedback, ask for reviews and referrals Maintain strong relationships with event coordinators, and internal leaders Outgoing, people-first attitude — you love coaching and energizing others Confident communicator with strong leadership and listening skills Reliable transportation and flexibility for evenings/weekends as event schedules require Organized, accountable, and motivated to help your team succeed Previous leadership experience or experience in retail, events, customer service, or promotions is a bonus — but not required Salary & Unlimited Preformance Pay (base pay + uncapped performance bonuses) Flexible Schedule with evenings/weekends as needed for events Paid Training & Leadership Development Health Benefits: medical, dental, vision Referral Bonus Program Clear Paths for Growth: advance into Marketing or Sales Leadership Supportive, High-Energy Team where your leadership and personality shine
