As Brand Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and elevating our luxury, performance-led identity. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will drive impactful brand initiatives, strengthen our presence, and deliver engaging campaigns across digital and creative channels.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 2–4 years in marketing, preferably within fashion, equestrian, or luxury retail, though strong candidates from other sectors will also be considered

Responsibilities
  • Support development and execution of brand strategies across product launches, ambassador programs, sponsorships, and events.
  • Ensure consistent alignment with our values, collaborate with the Head of Marketing to monitor brand health and refine messaging as needed.
  • Work closely with the content team to produce engaging multimedia content—ranging from product features to lifestyle storytelling across social platforms.
  • Oversee content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and cohesive visual narratives for email, website, social channels, and campaigns.
  • Lead the planning and coordination of trade shows and key industry events where we exhibit.
  • Drive the creative development and delivery of impactful stands, activations, and promotional initiatives that bring the brand to life.
  • Oversee the planning and styling of seasonal campaign and product photography shoots, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury performance identity.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to direct shoot concepts, manage logistics, and produce content that supports product launches, marketing campaigns, and event visibility.
  • Coordinate styling and outfit planning for brand ambassadors, influencers, and riders at events, photoshoots, and promotional appearances to ensure a consistent, polished brand image.
  • Manage sponsored riders and support existing relationships with ambassadors to craft promotional plans and authentic storytelling partnerships.
  • Work with the product and design teams to effectively launch and market new ranges ensuring messaging highlights sustainability and innovation.
  • Monitor campaign performance, social engagement, and event activations using KPIs such as reach, engagement, content performance, and ambassador impact.
  • Compile insights and optimisation recommendations for the Head of Marketing.
