Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual with a strong focus onmarketing and sales data analysis. This role requires a combination of creative marketing expertise as well as the ability to analyze sales data to drive results. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of marketing strategies and possess the ability to evaluate and optimize sales performance. As the “Brand Experience Ambassador” you will be focused on the strategic growth of the House of Rohl brand within the marketplace. You will identify, develop, and execute optimal marketing strategies, keeping diversity and innovation in mind. You will work closely with our luxury showrooms and key stakeholders, as well as the world class team at House of Rohl Canada. Key Responsibilities: Execute social media strategies: create engaging content and develop content calendars across various platforms. Coordinate marketing events: collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of internal/external events. Support brand consistency: ensure content strategy, design, and brand voice compliment established brand guidelines. Monitor and analyze sales data: review and provide insights on sales data to optimize future campaigns and strategies. Manage budgets: ensure marketing initiatives and events are an efficient allocation of resources. Identify promotional objectives: regularly review short and long term strategies to uncover risks, and tap into new opportunities to drive growth. Qualifications Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree: Business or Marketing preferred Minimum 3-5 years experience in brand, channel, and/or customer marketing, ideally in retail or luxury plumbing Strong digital and print campaign management experience Proficiency in analyzing sales data and using insights to inform marketing strategies Familiarity with budgeting and financial oversight in marketing initiatives Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite Positive attitude, innovative thinking, and a results-oriented mindset Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates Additional Information Key Criteria For Success High level of accuracy and attention to detail Able to work with multiple departments and build positive relationships with teammates Able to prioritize projects and conflicting deadlines Resourceful, and willing to develop new skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances Team player with strong interpersonal skills Bilingual in English and French an asset Salary Range: $50-60K base + Profit Sharing EMCO is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a discrimination, harassment, and barrier free workplace where all employees can contribute to their fullest potential.
