To support our growth, VIBRANT is currently looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to fine-tune their academic skills through a summer internship as a Brand Experience Coordinator.
As a Brand Experience Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable brand experiences for major global brands. From planning and production to execution, you’ll gain hands-on experience in every stage of an experiential marketing campaign. Reporting to a Brand Experience Manager, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team, build valuable industry connections, and develop real-world skills that will set you apart in your career.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Work closely with Brand Experience Managers and Specialists on all stages of a project, from initial briefing to post-campaign analysis, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate seamless project coordination and communication.
  • Supervise field logistics alongside the manager, including set-up, execution, and dismantling, to ensure all elements are executed flawlessly.
  • Be present on-site to monitor and maintain quality standards, providing real-time support and problem-solving as needed.
  • Manage, train, and motivate field teams to deliver exceptional brand experiences.
  • Oversee supplier management, including research, cost evaluation, and ongoing communication to ensure efficient execution.
  • Meet or exceed project objectives while adhering to established budgets and performance targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance and produce detailed post-event reports, offering insights and recommendations for future activations.
  • Manage warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, deliveries, and logistics, to ensure all materials are accounted for and properly maintained.
  • Provide additional support to the team as needed, including administrative tasks that contribute to overall project success.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

  • Studies in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Creativity, problem-solving mindset, and ability to adapt under pressure.
  • Strong multitasking, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Background in Marketing, Business, or a related field (agency experience is a plus).
  • Experience in field management, brand ambassadorship, or event/activation coordination.
  • Be flexible and willing to work outside of a traditional 9-to-5 schedule, including evenings and weekends, to ensure the successful execution of events.
  • Valid driver’s license.
