Description

Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian owned jewelry company, is looking for a Brand Experience & Events Manager to join our team! Located in Calgary, Toronto, or Regina, this role plays a pivotal part in driving new client acquisition through immersive retail experiences and community activations. This role also supports internal culture-building through the planning and execution of internal events. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the manager will be a key contributor to the commercial team, bringing a strategic lens to brand experience and community engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Champion the Hillberg & Berk culture by embodying company values and fostering exceptional internal and external client experiences.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to integrate brand experience and community-building into decision-making.
  • Design and execute brand experiences across retail locations, including event ideation, vendor management, décor, print materials, and budgeting.
  • Partner with retail teams to develop event kits and support local execution.
  • Represent Hillberg & Berk at community events to enhance brand visibility and network.
  • Lead market priming initiatives using guerrilla marketing tactics to build community engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Manage brand presence at community initiatives, ensuring consistency across all client touchpoints.
  • Work cross-functionally with Retail and People & Culture teams to plan and execute internal events.
  • Conduct competitor and industry research to reinforce Hillberg & Berk’s position as a leader in Canadian jewelry.
  • Analyze and report on event outcomes and key metrics to inform future strategies.
