We’re looking for an experienced, hospitality-obsessed leader to manage daily operations across our guest-facing spaces where rare whiskey, signature cocktails, and high-touch service come together under one roof.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of hospitality or tasting room management experience, preferably in spirits, wine, or high-end F&B.
  • Experience overseeing bar programs, cocktail execution, and guest service in fast-paced, premium environments.
  • Proven leadership skills: you can coach a team, resolve issues on the fly, and lead from the front of house.
  • Deep commitment to hospitality, with a guest-first mindset and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with POS systems, scheduling tools, and standard operating procedures.
  • Must be 21+, physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, and available evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the Guest Experience: Own the end-to-end experience for Vault visitors, from walk-ins to booked tastings to cocktail bar patrons. Maintain high service standards that reflect the WhistlePig brand.
  • Run the Floor: Manage daily operations of the bar and tasting room, including scheduling, opening/closing, cleanliness, and floor coverage.
  • Oversee Beverage Program: Ensure flawless delivery of our cocktail menu, curated flight and neat-pour offerings. Work with the General Manager and brand team on seasonal menus, premium flights, and Vault exclusives.
  • Coordinate Bookings & Events: Manage reservations for VIP tastings, group experiences, and special activations in our mezzanine and vault tasting rooms.
  • Inspire the Team: Lead a hospitality team focused on education, energy, and execution. Empower them to deliver memorable, personal, and fun experiences.
  • Optimize Operations: Oversee staffing models, inventory controls, daily checklists, and health code compliance. Ensure POS, bar tools, and all guest areas are dialed in daily.
  • Support Brand Education: Ensure team is trained on WhistlePig’s portfolio, brand story, and cocktail offerings. Maintain product knowledge and storytelling standards at the bar and in tastings.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Retail and leadership to ensure alignment and seamless transitions between all Vault experiences.
