Our jewelry represents a connection between you, the earth, and every hand involved in the supply chain.
Overview: The Brand Image Director is responsible for shaping and leading the visual and editorial voice of WWAKE across all channels. This role is both strategic and creative, developing consistent content pillars and brand storytelling that drive our business and deepen customer connections. Working closely with the Founder and Content & Marketing Manager, the Brand Image Director ensures all brand communications reflect WWAKE’s identity with clarity and emotional resonance.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Passion for ethical practices, sustainability, and WWAKE’s mission
  • Strong visual and editorial sensibility. Ability to translate brand identity across all brand platforms and communication channels
  • Proven experience concepting and executing editorial campaigns, including creative direction and production oversight
  • Ability to oversee copywriting to ensure consistent brand voice.
  • 7+ years of experience in brand, content, or art direction—preferably in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle
  • Strategic thinker with experience using customer insights and market trends to inform content decisions
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills—able to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage the master marketing calendar,
  • Build and manage the marketing budget.
  • Build and manage KPI reporting for marketing initiatives.
  • Define and establish content pillars in collaboration with the Founder and Content & Marketing Manager that guide all communication, marketing, and commercial channels to meet Company Revenue goals.

  • Pop Ups, Trunk shows, events
  • Ads
  • Editorial photoshoots
  • Digital Media, Newsletters & PR Content
  • VIP client engagement.
  • Oversight of copywriting, and ad development—to ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to maintain a distinctive and evolving visual language for WWAKE.
  • Project oversight of photoshoots and content creation that communicate the brand’s ethos.
  • Collaborate with the Founder to set seasonal and annual brand themes .
  • Oversight of work done by Content & Marketing Manager, Art Directors, and all relevant creators and freelancers.
