Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Brand Lead who will own and drive Doctify’s global brand strategy. This is a leadership role responsible for defining the brand’s positioning, building long-term brand equity, and delivering high-impact campaigns that resonate with patients, healthcare professionals, and partners worldwide.
A critical part of this role is leading the creation of strategic, newsworthy campaigns that generate engagement, strengthen reputation, and achieve consistent media pickup. The Brand Director will act as both a visionary and a hands-on leader, ensuring Doctify’s brand is a powerful driver of growth and trust across all markets.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Brand Leadership

  • Define, lead, and evolve Doctify’s global brand strategy and positioning.
  • Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all markets, platforms, and channels.
  • Build and manage brand guidelines, narrative frameworks, and creative identity.
  • Lead brand measurement, reporting regularly on awareness, reputation, and equity.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and oversee integrated campaigns (digital, PR, social, events, partnerships) designed for press/media pickup.
  • Lead storytelling initiatives that position Doctify as a thought leader in healthcare transparency.
  • Partner with PR agencies and media to amplify campaigns internationally.
  • Balance creative excellence with measurable business impact.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, product, and commercial teams to align brand with business strategy.
  • Oversee external creative, media, and PR partners.
  • Scale campaigns effectively across multiple geographies.
