Description Pepin Distributing is seeking a highly motivated Brand Lead (FMB+ & Craft) to drive execution and performance across a key segment of our portfolio. This role is responsible for aligning supplier priorities, sales execution, inventory readiness, and in-market activation, while leveraging data and insights to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities. This is a hands-on, in-market leadership role designed for someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and consistently delivers high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment. CORE WORKFLOW Supplier Communication & Alignment Sales Team Communication & Execution Inventory Readiness & Coordination Market Activation & Execution KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supplier Leadership & Partnership Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers Lead proactive communication on priorities, incentives, and programming Translate supplier strategies into actionable plans Sales Alignment & Market Execution Communicate supplier priorities to sales teams In Market Sales Calls with and without Sales Reps Support execution through tools and program guidance Inventory Coordination & Readiness Ensure product availability aligns with programming Identify and communicate risks proactively Activation Execution & In-Market Presence Execute activations and manage logistics Conduct field visits and audits Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking Analyze sales data and KPIs Provide actionable insights and recaps Cross-Functional Coordination • Collaborate across departments • Support launches, resets, and initiatives and pricing Mindset & Culture Expectations Positive, professional attitude under pressure Solutions-oriented mindset Proactive communication Ownership and accountability Collaborative Requirements 3–6 years of relevant experience Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Willingness to work evenings and weekends What Success Looks Like Strong communication across teams Alignment across supplier, sales, and inventory High-quality execution Data-driven decision making Positive, solutions-driven mindset Final Note This role is best suited for individuals who take ownership and initiative communicate proactively, and thrive in fast-paced environments without needing constant direction.
