Description

Role Overview:
As the Brand Lead, the role will direct the growth and launch strategies for one of Pfizer’s Primary Care brands. The role encompasses strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement comprehensive marketing plan tailored to local market dynamics for the brand in the assigned Primary Care portfolio
  • Develop awareness campaigns, congress content (w/ KOLs) in partnership with Medical Department
  • Drive execution of customer-facing strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with Medical teams to educate KOLs on pioneering research and unique product features
  • Strategically managing brand budgets to optimize market potential and revenue growth
  • Identify and capitalize on market-specific opportunities to enhance brand performance
  • Innovate existing business models to boost revenue, market share, and income
  • Lead cross-functional teams to support strategic business objectives
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to drive brand success
  • Monitor brand performance, implementing corrective measures aligned with Primary Care objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, Pfizer values and SOPs , and global regulatory standards

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand or marketing management, ideally in a regulated or science-driven industry (e.g. pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer health, food supplements, etc. )
  • Experience in vaccines, public health or prevention is welcome, not required
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in multichannel/omnichannel marketing, including digital strategies
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement and collaboration
  • Resilient and proactive in driving change
  • Fluent in English
