Responsibilities

Customer

  • Strive for improving the customer experience anytime, anywhere by collecting feedback and insights from local teams

  • Have the ambitions – together with the local teams- to create a digital relationship with the customer by providing the right content in line with global strategy, setting the right KPI to measure customer satisfaction & adapt the message based on the interactions.

Performance

  • Localize and implement the global brand strategy (Where to Play / How to Win) & support and facilitate the local & MCO brand plan creation
  • Support the preparations of business cases for any new launch or introduction of brands and products under the scope for MCO.

Collaborate with all relevant local functions to build the launch and execution plan.

  • Work closely with Head of Franchise & local teams as agreed for Launch Readiness Reviews, Launch Performance Reviews, and Sales Performance Reviews on a country/cluster basis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand performance, market share, and revenue growth.
  • Localize “medico-marketing” campaigns to the right customers segments (Maximize use of Glocal campaigns / Limit local content creation)
  • Elaborate the Customer Engagement Plan, aligned with the brand strategy, ensure brand messaging alignment across channels
  • Define and facilitate the execution the cross-functional (incl. sales) Omnichannel customer journey or get it executed by the appropriate Go To Market Capabilities (GTMC)
