Job Description Drive Brand Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and implementation of branding strategies for assigned food brand, ensuring strong positioning, clear USPs, and cohesive visual identity. Own End-to-End Brand Projects: Take full ownership of product launches, re-positioning, and strategic projects (from planning to execution) ensuring quality, timeliness, and impact. Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, legal, etc.) and external partners (agencies) to align brand initiatives with business objectives. Analyze Performance & Optimize Growth: Monitor key KPIs (e.g., sales growth, volume, customer acquisition, conversion) and use insights to develop actionable plans for brand and business growth. Support Assortment & Pricing Decisions: Collaborate on defining product assortments and pricing strategies that align with overall brand goals and market needs. Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Maintain and analyze reports, drawing actionable insights to guide brand decisions and improve campaign effectiveness. Qualifications University degree in Economics or a related field, preferably with a focus on Business Administration or Marketing. 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in brand or product management within FMCG, retail, or pet food industries. Experience in collaborating with and managing external agencies. Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate vision into actionable plans. Strong analytical skills combined with a passion for working with numbers and large data sets. Solid understanding of key marketing processes and drivers in retail, with a strong focus on e-commerce. Excellent written and spoken English; additional foreign language skills are a plus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
