OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Brand Manager to join our team at CheckFire Ltd on a 12 month fixed term contract, covering maternity leave.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the marketing strategy to enhance CheckFire’s brand and drive sales .
The successful candidate will need to ensure a consistent brand message and positive perception across all channels, aligning marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies across our portfolio of products, services and website to build and maintain a strong brand identity.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer behaviours, preferences, and market trends.
  • Product Launches: Work closely with both the Marketing Director and Product Manager on product launch plans into the market place and responsible for managing the production and execution of such campaigns.
  • Campaign Development: You will be responsible for the creation and management of the CheckFire Marketing calendar. This will involve creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, email marketing, social media, and traditional media
  • Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials both at top level and sub-brand level.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate brand strategies and performance to internal stakeholders, including senior management and other teams to ensure a company-wide buy in.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and analyse the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media outlets, digital agencies and other relevant parties.
  • Website and Online: Responsible for the management of the CheckFire website; its functionality, that it remains up to date and its brand experience is second to none.
  • PR: responsible for managing the agency relationship of our PR strategy, ensuring annual strategies are set, annual calendar of features is determined and product launches are planned in.
  • Customer Support: Working with the sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring customers have access to the CheckFire gallery of materials, that they are using the most up to date versions for all listed CF products and that they are published accordingly and positioned competitively.
  • Brand identity: Manage the brand guidelines and ensure they are issued accordingly and kept up to date. Alongside this, you will also work closely with the Marketing Director and Product Manager on IP’s and all other corresponding brand protection.
  • Design team: Responsible for managing the design team; using the Marketing Calendar you will be briefing them on both graphic design and creative design materials that fall within the brand guidelines and that they are produced and published on time.
