The Brand Manager (N/A Brands) will lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our non-alcoholic beverage and snack portfolio. This individual will be responsible for developing brand plans, managing product innovation, driving trade and consumer marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment between sales, operations, and marketing to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, deep category understanding, and a passion for building brands that connect with consumers in a fast-paced, competitive environment. This position requires up to 10% overnight travel within the assigned territory. Brand Strategy & Planning Develop and execute quarterly and annual brand plans for non-alcoholic beverages and snack products, including portfolio strategy, positioning, and pricing. Analyze category trends, market data, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track brand health and ROI. Product & Innovation Management Collaborate with suppliers, sales, marketing, and operations to bring new products to market-from concept through launch. Manage brand setup and launch, KPI’s, execution, and general health of the non-alcoholic/snack portfolio. Lead brand forecasting and demand planning alignment with supply chain, finance, sales, and retail teams. Manage the full lifecycle of point-of-sale materials and brand assets, including inventory control, field distribution, tracking, and deployment, while planning and executing sample distribution and supplier blitz activation strategies for new brand launches. Marketing & Communications Develop and work with sales/marketing team on marketing campaigns, digital activations, and in-store programs to build awareness and trial. Partner with supplier partners and internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns consistent with brand identity. Plan and execute trade shows, sampling events, and sponsorships to drive brand visibility and engagement. Sales & Trade Support Collaborate with sales team leadership and retail team to develop trade marketing programs and promotional plans. Provide tools, materials, and brand education to enhance distributor and retail partner execution. Evaluate trade spend effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations to enhance ROI. Cross-Functional Leadership Serve as the central liaison between marketing, sales, operations, and finance for assigned brands. Manage budgets effectively and ensure brand initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. Mentor and develop team members or interns as needed. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in sales, brand management or marketing within the beverage, CPG, or snack industry. Strong understanding of the non-alcoholic beverage category, trends, and consumer insights. Demonstrated success in product launches and brand growth initiatives. Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Power BI, Encompass). Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel overnight up to 10%. Preferred Experience working with sales teams, supplier partners and retail channel partners. Creative thinker with strong commercial acumen. Passion for innovation and “outside of the box” products. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Physical Requirements: This role requires regular standing, walking and reaching. Must be able to regularly lift and move products up to 150 pounds, as well as climb, reach, and perform other physical movements necessary to carry out the essential duties of the position. Ability to work in varying environments, including refrigerated areas and outdoor conditions.
