DESCRIPTION

Align Technology is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Brand Manager to join our growing team in Italy. The ideal candidate will have with a solid foundation in marketing and brand management eager to take ownership of projects and contribute to the growth of a globally recognized brand. The successful candidate will support the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and product launches across various channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate marketer who is looking to build their career in brand management, drive customer engagement, and support commercial success through effective marketing initiatives.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Around 3–5 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or a similar marketing role. Experience in healthcare and medical devices is a plus.
• Strong understanding of brand principles and marketing fundamentals.
• Familiarity with both digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Experience working with agencies or cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Sales experience or close collaboration with sales teams is beneficial.
