What you’ll be doing Brand Ownership & Strategy Be the owner of the brand, leading strategic marketing plans and initiatives to drive growth. Manage and develop the brand portfolio, launching new products that align with health and wellness trends. Build consumer demand through deep market, channel, and consumer insights. Plan an annual calendar of events and initiatives to create an impactful brand plan. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with R&D, Sales, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Affairs teams to develop and execute customer-centric initiatives. Strategy and Planning Develop pricing and sizing strategies for products. Define and drive tailored communication plans for different sales channels. Create promotion plans aligned with brand objectives. Consumer Relationship Management Maximize lead acquisition and consumer retention to drive sales growth. Strengthen consumer relationships through targeted engagement initiatives. Market Insight & Analysis Be the expert on your brand and its market environment through data analysis, field visits, and consumer engagement. Analyze market and business data to monitor trends versus action plans. Use third-party data to track competitor performance and identify growth opportunities. Provide data-driven recommendations to cross-functional teams. Who we’re looking for Education/Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of full-function marketing management experience, including strategic planning and execution. Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Brand Manager. Preferred experience in FMCG, retail (FMCG), or health supplement categories. Experience in category management or consumer marketing is a plus. Leadership Qualities Strategic thinker with strong vision and planning skills. Consumer and customer-focused mindset. Ability to set priorities and drive results. Functional Abilities Strong business and financial analysis skills. Expertise in cross-organizational collaboration. Deep understanding of consumer and shopper insights.
