Your Mission as a Store Manager As a Brand Manager, your mission is to shape and execute the brand strategy, ensuring a powerful and consistent presence in the market. You'll be the guardian of the brand's identity, aligning local strategies with global standards to enhance visibility, customer loyalty, and overall market performance. You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Brand Manager Develop and implement annual marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive sales. Lead market research, analyze competitive data, and uncover growth opportunities. Uphold brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and communications. Collaborate with operations, sales, and product development teams for cohesive marketing efforts. Report brand performance metrics to senior leadership. Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Brand Manager Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in Procurement, brand management or marketing in fashion retail. Background in food & beverage or retail sectors is an advantage. Fluent in Arabic and English. Strong analytical and consumer insight skills. Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Google Analytics. Familiarity with CRM, loyalty systems, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities. Results-driven, adaptable, and attentive to detail. Additional Information: Location: Tripoli, Libya. Working Hours: 6 days a week.
