Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Innovation
· Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen Atacz’s market presence and equity in the fashion and accessories sector.
· Undertake brand reputation projects and define brand positioning in alignment with company vision.
· Design brand communication strategies with the Brand Director and select the right media channels to amplify messaging.
· Devise and implement growth strategies from a brand innovation perspective.
Market Research & Product Development
· Conduct market studies and identify opportunities by being a diligent marketing brand specialist.
· Identify emerging fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning to inform product and campaign development.
· Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market needs.
Creative Direction & Campaign Execution
· Inspire and manage designers and creatives to deliver innovative packaging, visuals, and marketing materials.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels.
· Maximize brand visibility through compelling in-store displays, online content, and promotional materials.
Performance & Reporting
· Adhere to established budgets, estimates, and performance indicators.
· Measure campaign success and produce reports based on KPIs and ROIs.
· Monitor sales data, campaign ROI, and customer engagement to refine strategies and drive growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with product development, merchandising, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
· Meet with clients and collaborate with internal teams including marketing assistants, managers, and executives.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field.
· 8 years or above relevant experience in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle branding.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Proven ability to respond to trends and customer preferences.
· Creativity and originality in campaign and product ideation.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience with market research and data interpretation.
· Strong time and project management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects.
