ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re seeking a talented Brand Manager to work in the Huggies brand team to lead the Huggies Ultra Dry brand portfolio and consumer marketing strategy for the ANZ market.
Huggies is the largest brand within the Kimberly-Clark consumer portfolio in the ANZ market, so this is an incredibly exciting position for a talented marketer!
In this role, you will develop and implement strategic plans and brand building activities for the portfolio. You will be accountable for delivering, engaging and compelling content across all digital channels, including on social media.
This is a critical role and it has a pivotal part in delivering of key innovation/new product development projects, supporting the Senior Brand Manager to deliver key KPI’s and targets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • To be successful in this role, you will bring forward Brand Management experience, preferably in an FMCG or consumer products /B2C environment
  • You will be a high performer looking to lead an iconic brand with a big media budget
  • You will have excellent project management, organisation and multi-tasking skills with strong business acumen
    Experience in SAP, IRI/Aztec or Nielsen (desirable). Qualifications across Business, Commerce or Marketing
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Develop & execute annual marketing plan activities, including communication across digital, social, in-store, search and sampling
  • Partner with the Shopper Marketing Manager to develop and execute with shopper activations
  • Support the New Product Development process, including assisting with the 3 year strategic innovation roadmap
  • Responsibility for the achievement of financial and market share targets for the Baby Care brands in the market
