MISSION or MAIN TASKS: Description of the task / Mission Responsibility for developing and directing marketing efforts of specific brands to Consumers, Pharmacists, Doctors and other Health Care Professionals in order to reach the revenue targets. Tasks Develop and implement marketing and brand strategies Drive brand alignment and communication (ATL, BTL, Sales) Create scientific and training materials in collaboration with Content Manager Analyze sales and market data Manage brands budget and deliver the revenue targets Forecast demand and manage brand profit and loss Actively manage KPIs to ensure brand success Collaborate with key customers and participate events Create Brand Plans, Launch plans, Portfolio Analyses, Campaign calendars and Trade Plans (with Sales) SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Education Academic degree in life science. Preferably medical education background. Understanding of scientific content. Languages Fluent in Estonian. Good written and spoken English. Good spoken Russian. Professional Experience 2-5 years in pharmaceutical industry (majority time with original products) Product/Brand management experience IT Skills MS Office Driver’s license B Training needed in this task [e.g. Qualification training, SOPs, in-house training etc] Brand management skills; media KPIs, digital marketing, brand building Business acumen; analyses, budgets, forecasts Pharmaceutical environment / Ethical rules / Marketing of Food Supplements Relevant SOP´s IT tools necessary Microsoft Office BO IQVIA HR-tools (Workday, HRG) Adobe Standard Sales force AI tools (ChatGPT, CoPilot) BIOCODEX Estonia Take up the challenge and send your application!
