JOB OVERVIEW

Britvic is seeking a dynamic and passionate Brand Manager to support the Marketing Manager on the Pepsi portfolio of brands (Pepsi, 7UP & Lipton). The ideal candidate will have a consumer-first mindset, developing plans that engage and attract diverse audiences into the brand. This role requires a collaborative and innovative approach to execute best-in-class campaigns and drive growth across all channels.

EXPERIENCE AND KEY ATTRIBUTES

• Bachelor’s degree/Master’s in Marketing or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of Marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Personable and energetic with a passion for the brands.
• Strong desire to learn and contribute new ideas to the business.
• Collaborative and adaptable with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work confidently with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong project management and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
• Full Clean Driver’s License.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree/Master’s in Marketing or a related discipline is required.

• Support the Marketing Manager in executing annual operational plans across the brand portfolio.
• Champion the brands and recognize drivers for growth.
• Develop and execute exceptional campaigns, monitoring results and identifying opportunities.
• Coordinate activity for key brand sponsorships and support Trade/PR press & Influencer initiatives.
• Execute large-scale sampling plans for the brands, adhering to objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing plans.
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including creative, experiential, and packaging agencies.
• Lead specific NPD Projects, preparing business cases and managing the stage and gate process.
• Assist in budget management, raising purchase orders, and updating budget control files.
