Campos Coffee is searching for a dynamic and passionate Brand Manager, for 12-month parental leave cover, with a positive and can-do attitude to join our team. This role provides a rare and unique opportunity to shape and grow Campos, an award-winning Australian specialty coffee brand which is celebrated for its high quality and distinctive taste, delivered in every cup.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Love of specialty coffee or previous experience working in coffee would be advantageous
  • 2+ years in a Brand Manager role (or as an exceptional Assistant Brand Manager)
  • Passionate, inspiring and willing to have a hands-on approach to all tasks
  • Competent project manager with an ability to keep projects on track and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication, influence and stakeholder management skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and foster relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and proven ability to interpret sales and marketing results.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing the Campos and Sacred Grounds brand strategies across our wholesale (cafe), grocery and online channels. You’ll work alongside a passionate and talented marketing team of brand, e-comm and creative experts and be responsible for delivering TTL brand campaigns, new product development, exciting promotions, brand events and social initiatives. As the Brand Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Develop and lead the execution of the Campos and Sacred Grounds annual brand plans
  • Strategically plan, conceptualise, proofread and execute creative campaigns and marketing initiatives to build our brands across wholesale, grocery and online channels
  • Support our Business Development Managers (BDMs) by developing effective brand marketing collateral and POS to our valued cafe partners.
  • Collaborate with our Coffee team to support the development and growth of our coffee program and deliver engaging educational content.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver key brand events.
  • Lead NPD and collaboration/partnership opportunities.
  • Monthly brand performance reporting, providing meaningful insights and sharing recommendations to strengthen our impact and improve our ROI.
  • Analyse competitive activity and market trends, customer preferences and habits, pricing and sales channels to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • P&L and budget management.
