JOB PURPOSE This role exists to drive the growth and success of the Condiments category in Romania by turning consumer insights into impactful brand strategies and marketing initiatives that deliver sustainable business results. You will play a key role in shaping and executing brand plans across the Dressings category (mayonnaise, sauces, ketchup, mustard), ensuring strong market performance and alignment with business objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the development and execution of the brand marketing plan to deliver category growth and financial targets Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, recommend optimizations, and propose new initiatives to improve effectiveness Assess and track brand performance and health, including market share and competitive positioning, and recommend actionable improvements Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and category dynamics to identify insights and opportunities Support and contribute to market research activities to better understand target audiences and guide marketing strategies Identify and develop new business opportunities based on unmet consumer needs and best practices, ensuring alignment with internal approval processes Initiate and manage media briefs in line with brand strategy and budget, coordinating the development of media assets Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and ensure alignment across departments Manage the assigned advertising budget effectively to maximize return on investment Work closely with Finance on business case development and track post-launch performance to evaluate project success REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in marketing, preferably within FMCG or a related industry Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage end-to-end initiatives and meet deadlines Solid analytical capabilities, including interpreting consumer, market, and financial data to drive decisions Good understanding of financial principles, including P&L and business case development Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office tools PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS University degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field Experience working in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Competitive compensation with a performance‑based annual bonus Private health care and life insurance, with options to include dependents Generous additional time off for wellbeing, volunteering, life events, and long service Meal vouchers and support for sports and wellbeing activities Employee Assistance Program offering confidential support for you and your family Family‑friendly policies, including paternity leave and life‑event benefits A flexible, people‑focused work culture, with wellbeing initiatives and shorter Fridays Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
