DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to oversee product management for the consumer segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and strategy of the product portfolio, ensuring growth and profitability for the business line. This role requires a professional with strong knowledge of marketing strategies (4Ps), P&L management, and end-to-end product management experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the consumer segment.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies (4Ps) and P&L management.
  • Experience in end-to-end product management, from planning to execution.
  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret financial and market data.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
  • Knowledge of the Colombian market and technology industry (preferred).
