As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible in developing and leading assigned products to its optimal potential throughout the product lifecycle. What you’ll do Understand the market environment & HCP needs by conducting market research & field engagement. Analyse data and market trend, understand competition landscape to derive opportunity and risk. Formulate Brand Strategies and derive key imperatives & initiatives to optimise potential. Responsible to drive key initiatives & implement innovative approach expanding into digital and others. Monitor performance & Responsible for the brand revenue, key objectives and KPI. Lead & support sales team to deliver sale objectives & reach the potential of the brand. Build KEE endorsement and demonstrate high level of product knowledge in the therapy area. Ensure A&P budget used within allocation. Responsible for business update and strategic review. Essential for the role Your education background is in science or marketing preferably with an MBA from a top university You have experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing You are fluent in English with strong communication skills Strong analytical skill and business acumen You adapt quickly and flexible in a dynamic learning environment Passionate in driving brand Why AstraZeneca?
